The Foundation holds an estimated $3.7 million in USDC, USDT, and fiat assets, yet none of these funds are earmarked for the community. According to the October 30 announcement, $3.45 million is allocated to creditors and vendors, while the remaining $250,000 covers legal, security, and transition expenses. The board explicitly stated that there is no redemption mechanism or pro-rata distribution for investors, noting that the token was never intended to represent equity or rights to revenue.
While the burn of 358.6 million tokens is set for completion by the first quarter of 2027, user-owned assets remain unaffected provided holders take action. The Foundation’s application moves to read-only mode on November 30, but users must manually interact with the staking contract to withdraw their tokens after lockups expire. The Foundation expects the RECALL token to face delistings from exchanges as it ceases all software development and liquidity provisioning. Liquidation proceedings for the entity and its subsidiary, Atlas Networks Limited, are scheduled to conclude in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands by early 2027.
