Jordan Jefferson, founder of MyDoge and DogeOS, will serve as CEO of the new organization. The venture integrates technology, intellectual property, and engineering staff previously siloed within the Foundation and House of Doge. Under the new agreement, House of Doge will exchange select assets and operations for an equity stake in Labs, transitioning from its former role as the Foundation’s exclusive commercial partner. Tim Stebbing, a director for both the Foundation and the new entity, will join the Labs board to help steer these efforts.
While the infrastructure for DogeOS continues to operate on a public testnet—offering an Ethereum Virtual Machine-compatible environment for developers—no firm date has been set for a mainnet launch. The platform currently includes a suite of experimental tools, such as the Barkswap liquidity engine and various lending protocols. Meanwhile, MyDoge enters the partnership with an existing base of 500,000 users, and Such App continues to refine its merchant-facing tools, including QR-based payment systems for small businesses. House of Doge CEO Marco Margiotta noted that the move allows his firm to redirect resources toward sports investments and alternative financial products, such as their existing Dogecoin ETFs, while maintaining a long-term licensing agreement with the Foundation.
