  • Clearing secured the week’s largest deal with a $74 million minority growth investment led by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities. The firm provides custody and clearing services for broker-dealers and plans to use the fresh capital to bridge the gap between traditional financial systems and digital assets. Fasset followed closely, raising $68 million in a Series C round that pushed the stablecoin neobank to a $1 billion valuation. Backed by Japan’s SBI Group, the company intends to deploy these funds to expand its payment network and develop AI-driven financial tools across global markets.

  • Institutional participation remained a defining theme as Hivemind Digital Group closed a $17 million strategic round led by M&G Investments to bolster its tokenization infrastructure. Meanwhile, Entropy raised $14 million to advance its onchain trading platform, which utilizes the Hyperliquid ecosystem to launch perpetual futures. Smaller rounds rounded out the week, with City Protocol securing $4 million for its structured product infrastructure, while Chomp and Oro closed $3.6 million and $3 million rounds respectively. These investments reflect a broader trend of established financial players prioritizing firms that integrate blockchain technology with conventional market operations.
