Stable Sea Expands Treasury Platform with WisdomTree Tokenized Funds

Corporate finance teams using the Stable Sea Terminal can now allocate idle cash across three SEC-registered WisdomTree digital funds. By lowering investment minimums to as little as $1, the platform aims to provide smaller businesses with the same treasury management tools previously reserved for institutional-grade balance sheets.

The expansion introduces the WisdomTree Short-Duration Income Digital Fund (WTSIX) and the Floating Rate Treasury Digital Fund (FLTTX) to the existing offering of the WisdomTree Treasury Money Market Digital Fund (WTGXX). This update builds on a partnership established in April, allowing businesses to manage diverse liquidity needs—ranging from daily operating expenses to longer-term income strategies—directly through a unified dashboard.

Each fund serves a distinct financial objective. The WTGXX, which requires a $1 minimum, focuses on capital preservation with a 0.25% expense ratio and a recent seven-day SEC yield of 3.46%. The FLTTX and WTSIX, both requiring $25 minimums, offer different risk profiles: the former tracks floating-rate Treasury obligations with a 0.05% expense ratio and 3.81% yield, while the latter is actively managed for income, carrying a 0.40% expense ratio and a 4.42% yield.

Access remains strictly regulated. Users must complete account-opening processes with WisdomTree Securities Inc., an SEC-registered broker-dealer, ensuring that the integration complies with existing securities laws. Despite the blockchain-based record-keeping, these products are not bank deposits and are not FDIC-insured. As the market for tokenized real-world assets surpasses $31 billion, this collaboration targets the estimated $5 trillion in underutilized corporate cash, providing a digital-native alternative to traditional, high-barrier investment vehicles.
