The token, which facilitates a decentralized threat-intelligence marketplace, climbed to approximately $0.0146 as traders scrambled to position themselves ahead of the launch. Trading volume hit $15.36 million in the 24-hour window, pushing the asset’s market capitalization toward $24.28 million. To manage the expected influx of orders, Upbit is implementing strict controls. For the first five minutes of trading, buy orders will be blocked, and sell orders priced 10% below the reference point—calculated from the previous BTC market close—will face similar restrictions. Furthermore, the exchange has limited initial activity to limit orders for the first two hours. As a secondary incentive, Upbit is waiving all NCT/KRW trading fees for the first 24 hours of operation, provided liquidity remains stable. Deposits and withdrawals are currently restricted to the Ethereum network.
