Webot Targets Regulatory Compliance and Native AI Automation

With cryptocurrency oversight tightening across major jurisdictions, Webot is positioning itself as a hybrid solution by securing dual regulatory status in the U.S. and the EU. The exchange is betting that integrating automated trading bots directly into its infrastructure will appeal to users wary of third-party security risks.

Webot Targets Regulatory Compliance and Native AI Automation

Webot currently holds licenses across 48 U.S. states and the U.S. Virgin Islands, while maintaining a MiCA Trading Platform Authorization in Ireland for European operations. By embedding tools like grid trading and dollar-cost averaging directly into its ecosystem, the platform eliminates the need for users to manage external API keys. This native approach allows for continuous cloud-based execution, supported by AI-driven parameter suggestions designed to simplify complex trading strategies.

Driving this product strategy is CEO Jay Hua, a former Goldman Sachs Vice President with an extensive background in quantitative finance at firms such as Morgan Stanley and Two Sigma. Hua is set to outline the firm’s vision during a webinar titled "Beyond the Bot: How AI Is Rewiring Automated Trading," scheduled for August 27 at 9:00 PM ET. The session aims to address the shifting landscape of automated markets and the role of compliance as a foundational layer for both individual traders and token projects.
